Livelier on the palate than its darker cousin, this jam balances fruity tartness with warm almond undertones for a vibrant, grown-up twist. Serving Suggestions:
Delicious on toasted brioche or croissants, layered into chocolate tortes, or served with a wedge of crumbly cheese. Also lovely stirred through yoghurt or shaken into a cherry sour cocktail.

I love the Amber Spoon jam collection, but this is my favourite. It’s deep flavour is perfect for glazing ham, but it’s still great for a sweet treat!
