Sparkling Elderflower Syrup
A golden syrup blending the light floral notes of fresh elderflowers with the crisp brightness of English sparkling wine and the soft sweetness of Bramley apples. Smooth and delicately reminiscent of honey, this syrup brings a warm, natural sweetness to a wide range of dishes. Drizzle over pancakes, stir into yoghurt, or add a spoonful to sparkling water or cocktails for a floral lift with a hint of summer fizz.
